Objective:
The client aimed to increase conversions and re-engage potential customers through targeted email marketing automation. The focus was on implementing abandoned cart and checkout workflows, as well as welcome campaigns, to maximize sales and customer retention.

  1. Email Automation Success:

    • Abandoned Cart Workflow: The workflow for recovering abandoned carts generated £211.40 from 5 sales, with a 19.8% open rate and a 0.99% click rate.
    • Abandoned Checkout Workflow: Successfully recovered £109.67 from 4 sales, achieving a higher engagement with a 30.54% open rate and 1.67% click rate.
    • Welcome Campaign: Welcomed new subscribers and generated £90.85 from 3 sales, with a strong 28.57% open rate.
  2. Campaign Performance:

    • Promotional Email Campaign: Targeted about-to-lapse customers, achieving a 10.41% open rate, which re-engaged inactive subscribers and increased brand touchpoints.
  3. Form Interaction and Conversion:

    • Forms Performance: Utilized pop-up and flyout forms to engage visitors, achieving a 6.82% interaction rate and a 3.64% submission rate for new leads.
